Sauerkraut should be a fermented addition to your food and is the German equivalent to Korean kimchi. The taqueria mix is typically served with Salvadorian pupusas πand can be eaten with other things. These are just 2 examples and alternative probiotics. Most cultures have fermented foods that aid in digestion but also add flavor. Americans have poor gut health (leaky gut is a big one...look it up) for many reasons. Poor guy head can lead to many other complications.I prefer living sources and that's what I recommend to my patients as well. Get. You. Some!! Disclaimer: The probiotics help.
