Doing what I do best...meal prepping and baking!! Keto Spice Cake (my favorite!) and Cinnamon Flaxseed Loaf (1st time making it..). I typically make everything muffin sized, even egg muffins for breakfast but I wasn't for it today! lol Anyways, I had too many birthday cakes and too many lunches and dinners. That was how September ended and October began. I'm back on track and I don't feel guilty.
