Am I the only one that had a granddaddy that was 1. Sooo country he grew up in a place called Eutaw, AL (pronounced like the state... Utah), 2. Traveled the USA and Canada on hunting trips. And, 3. Only got his meat from the local butcher so he ate almost every part of the animal...and somehow convinced me to eat this or other forms of this with him???? I loooovvveed him. I'd eat this with him today if he was alive, if it meant we could hang out and watch baseball or just sit in his old Chevy Silverado (he would say,"Never by a Ford!" Lol...I wish I had that truck today). NO one else would/could even dare ask me eat such a thing. Humble beginnings...lots of successes...same girl...just in taylored clothing.
