One of the quickest meals I've ever made. Lime chicken patties from @traderjoesfood have very few ingredients and I wanted to try something different. I cooked 2. 1 for later. Baby kale sautéed in broth from chicken patty until slightly whilted. I cooked a lot of quinoa last night. I warmed some in the skillet after the kale.
